Price Match Promise

Our Price Match Promise means that after your purchase with My Family Vets, if you find the subscription price per month of any of our listed products at a lower advertised price elsewhere, we will match the price for you, subject to the below:

• The product is identical to ours in brand, variant and pack size.

• The price must be the clearly advertised on the competitor's online site.

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase (rather than available to order), with the stockist able to complete delivery within 2-3 days.

• You must let us know within 7 days of your order being placed.

• The price must be the list price and no other discounts, promotions, or offers applying to it.

You need to email the My Family Vets customer services with the details of your order number, the lower price and a link to the retailer's website showing the lower price. Items sold as part of a promotion such as a Buy One Get One Half Price are not valid for the Price Match Promise. If you have already placed your order, we will refund the difference between the price you have paid for that months’ subscription and the matched online price for a one-month subscription. The refund will be processed within 7 days of this being confirmed. The refund amount will be credited to your My Family Vets online shop account as a credit note.
